The Virginia Beer Festival will be taking a break from the 2019 festival, and resume in 2020. Virginia Beer Festival says they are taking a year off to reflect on the changing beer culture so they can bring something great to the 2020 festival!

The Annual Virginia Beer Festival is held each spring in conjunction with the Virginia Arts Festival. This spring, the two-day festival returns for your tasting pleasure, with the finest beers from breweries around the world—along with great food, live music, and fun in the sun.

Virginia Beer Festival takes place in Town Point Park in Norfolk.

Beer lovers of all types will enjoy sampling over three dozen different domestic and international breweries. No matter what type of brew you enjoy, whether it is a light lager, Belgian White, micro brew or dark ale, there’s something for every beer connoisseur. In addition to the variety of beers, you’ll find great music, delicious foods and excellent weather and atmosphere.

A variety of ticket and table packages are available, and may change from year to year. There is an option for everyone, including a non-tasting ticket for those who would don’t intend on tasting the brews but would still like to enjoy the festival. Children aged 13+ are also included in this ticket, so feel free to bring them along – the more the merrier!
