Data from Diabetes UK shows that more than 4.4 million people in the UK live with diabetes and 90% of these will have type 2. Additionally, 1.2 million people could be living with type 2 diabetes undiagnosed.

In this interactive webinar, nurse experts will give vital information on the different types of diabetes and how they affect people’s lives. There will be tips and advice on how to support people to manage their diabetes in primary and acute care.

The interactive panel discussion will consider the challenges nurses face supporting people with diabetes and share advice on how to address health inequalities.

People with diabetes have a high incidence of comorbidity. This webinar will also highlight how to manage kidney risk in people with Type 2 diabetes.
