Yoga at Slover

This event is free and open to yoga lovers or beginners! This yoga class is located at the Slover Library in Norfolk, VA, which is the city right next to Virginia Beach. This yoga experience will be worth the small trip! The yoga class will be taught in an open environment, so there will be many slots open. Bring your own mat, and be sure to arrive 15 minutes early to sign a waiver. All levels are welcome. This would be a great time to try yoga if you are a newbie! Come have fun and learn something new.
