Yuengling Shamrock Marathon

The Yuengling Shamrock Marathon is one of the largest fitness activities on the East coast! This three-day event will be celebrating St. Patrick?s Day with runners, walkers and sports enthusiasts of all types.

This is the Yuengling Shamrock Marathon’s 51st year doing this Virginia Beach event.

The vendors at the expo will offer a wide variety of equipment, apparel, footwear and accessories for the whole family. This expo has a great reputation for having an extensive selection of merchandise at great prices as well as official Yuengling Shamrock Marathon Weekend gear.

The Shamrock Sports and Fitness Expo is FREE and open to the public. There’s no reason not to join!

Tips for Runners by Amy of J & A Racing

Don’t try anything new (make sure you have done enough training for you event). 

Make sure you eat something healthy before the race. 

Try on your clothing before running your race. Make sure nothing rubs and makes you uncomfortable. 

Don’t try any new foods. Everything you put in your body needs to agree with you before a race. 

Don’t stress and enjoy the day!
