Cause for Paws

“Canines, please bring your humans to the 2016 Cause for Paws located at Fairfield Shopping Center in Virginia Beach! This fundraising event includes canine friendly competitions, a silent auction, adoptions, giveaways, and more.

Canine Rescue Groups: Rescues will have canine games and demonstrations. They are bringing adoptable dogs seeking forever homes if you’re interested in adopting.

Radar Run: See how fast your canine runs! Sponsored by Chesapeake Humane Society.

Peanut Butter Licking Contest: Have your dog compete against other furry friends in the Peanut Butter Lick Off sponsored by Coastal Spice. This is free and prizes are awarded to the winners!

GK Pet Photography! Starting at $15, you can get a very professional and very adorable picture taken by Gabi! Check out Fairfield Flowers if you’re interested in buying a cute flower crown for your puppy to go with the spring photo theme.

Meet Gremlin Gemma: A local canine luminary and BARC advocate will be there to give you her rotten-ginger-sass bucket stare.

Cornhole Competition: Cornhole competition round robin style! Register at 10:30 and it starts at 11:00. Winning team recieves three months of daycare at Greatneck Doggie Daycare.

Dog Costume Contest: Dress up your furry friend for the costume contest from 12:00-12:30 pm. WInner’s will recieve two tickets to the 2016 Comicon Convention”
