Welcome to “Fine Art Fundamentals for Adults”!

These are flexible, online art classes designed for beginners and art enthusiasts, offered in sets of 6 classes. Each class is conducted once a week, every Saturday, for 2 hours. You can book a trial class today on Eventbrite.

Our classes aim to unlock your artistic potential by building confidence and providing you with the skills needed to work in any medium of your choice. We cover a wide range of topics, including color, form, space, texture, light, mark-making, shading, painting, and drawing. You’ll have the opportunity to work with various mediums such as pastels, shading pencils, charcoals, acrylics, and pen & ink.

Throughout the course, you’ll be guided step-by-step—from conceptualizing “what to draw” to learning “how to render it.” You’ll create your own compositions and develop your skills through a series of practice exercises. Each student has the flexibility to choose their projects while also participating in common class projects focusing on color and shading. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, these classes provide the perfect opportunity to enhance your artistic abilities, improve your techniques, and enjoy some creative “me time.”

These classes are ongoing, allowing you to join based on your availability over a 6-8 week period. There is no fixed start date—simply begin when you’re ready to commit!
