For its 43rd anniversary, the Neptune Festival will draw so many people from all over the country to Virginia Beach for this three-day popular attraction! There is A LOT of action packed into this year’s Neptune Festival. Live music can be found scattered all along Virginia Beach’s Boardwalk. While listening to great music on the Boardwalk, you can look around at all of the handmade arts and crafts! Every single thing that is in this year’s Art and Craft Show at the Art & Craft Show at the Neptune Festival is handmade. This is an awesome chance to buy works of art that are truly unique.
Speaking of art, there is also another section of the festival that you do not want to miss! The sand sculpting artists are going to show off what they can create with sand, and their creations will seriously impress you. Take advantage of this amazing art form at the Neptune Festival as this is a very rare experience. You won’t believe the amount of skill that these sand artists have. Some people love the Neptune Festival for this exhibit alone! This is the International Sandsculpting Championship. There will be sand artists from eleven different countries present to bring their talent to this favorite Virginia Beach attraction.
If you are a runner, you will definitely want to participate in the Neptune 8k and 5k Run! This will be one of the most fun races you will ever run. With the beautiful Virginia Beach Oceanfront as a background to an awesome race, you will want to make it a tradition.
