The Blues at the Beach Festival is an annual event and is going to be held at 17th Street Park this year, or 17th Street Virginia Beach, VA 23451 for those of you using a GPS system to navigate. More details will be announced once the event draws closer and it’s typically in late spring. Currently, the events Saturday are scheduled to start at 1:30 PM and run until 10:30 PM that evening.
