Halloween Town & Treat

Enjoy a mid day Halloween party that is perfect for adults and children! This family friendly Halloween Town & Treat will kick off at noon on October 29th. There will be plenty of things to keep the kids having a blast at this fun Virginia Beach event! At the Virginia Beach Town Center, there will be pumpkin decorating, face painting, candy eating, balloon animal making, and more! Dress up in your best Halloween getup to celebrate the Halloween time of year! Meet us at the Fountain Plaza at the Town Center because that’s where this party will be!
