Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens Wiilliamsburg

Are you a lover of all things scary? If so, you definitely need to make a trip to Busch Gardens for their famous Howl-O-Scream tribute to Halloween. Haunted houses, scary mazes, and freaky characters are all present at here at this special event. During the day at Busch Gardens at this time is like any other day at the theme park. At night is when the scaring begins!

The whole amusement park is decorated with spiderwebs, beautifully lit pumpkins, and ghosts hanging in the trees. There is also a haunted train ride that will give you a thrill without leaving the comfort of your seat! This is truly a sight to see if Halloween is one of your favorite holidays. Although Williamsburg is a fair hike from Virginia Beach, we totally recommend it for those who love celebrating Halloween.

Howl-O-Scream takes place in the evening of Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in October. You will know when it is about to begin when there are voices over the loud speakers. They will let you know how many minutes until the haunting begins. You will also hear them advising you to not let young children stay for this event, as it may not be suitable for everyone.

While Busch Gardens Williamsburg is a small trek from Virginia Beach, we say it’s totally worth the drive. The theme park about 45 minutes away from VA Beach is one of the cleanest parks in the country. Your friends and family will have a thrilling adventure with just a short drive to take!
