The Patriotic Festival celebrates our Armed Forces with three days of concerts and military displays.  Being home to one of the largest concentrations of military installations in the United States, Hampton Roads is proud of its military heritage.

Where is the festival located?

Scope Arena Complex in Downtown Norfolk – This used to be a Virginia Beach Festival but moved during COVID-19.
