If so, this is the only comedy club at the oceanfront worth checking out. Many of today’s well-known comedians choose the Funny Bone when they perform in Virginia Beach, in addition to new up-and-coming talent. Their venue is located at The Virginia Town Center, only a few miles from the boardwalk.
This is an adult comedy club. Most of the acts require you to be 21 although there are a few for you 18-year-olds. You can check their schedule here.
Funny Bone Comedy Club Rules
No dress code – however, you can’t wear anything that would block the view of others. Also, if you wear something too outlandish, be prepared to be picked on. Most comedy shows are very interactive and some comedians are ruthlessly funny.
Absolutely no recordings. Put your cell phones away. They are not allowed. Got a text? Ignore or go to the lobby to read it.
