The Virginia Building Code and Officials Association (VBCOA) is hosting 2021 Code Update Training for contractors and design professionals.

On January 18, 2024, Virginia officially adopted the 2021 Uniform Statewide Building Code. There are significant changes to the Virginia Residential Code, the Virginia Construction Code, and all of the trades.
