DESCRIPTION:Race for Breath is a fun 5k and 1 mile race to benefit the Free to Breathe organization. This Virginia Beach event goes to support the local charity Free to Breathe which increases the awareness of lung cancer and helps fund research for life-saving research. This will be a fun race with many options! If you’re feeling extra good about your running, try the 5k. If you would like to do something fairly easy to support the cause, you can participate in the 1 mile run. For kids, there is a “fun run” for them to race. This Virginia Beach event will be a great one! You will be able to have a refreshing run all while soaking up the awesome views of the Oceanfront and supporting a great cause. It’s going to be family friendly as well, so bring everyone!\nRegistration and Check-In starts at 7:30 AM on November 5th. \nRegistration fees are $35 per person. If you are registering a child who is 12 or younger, the fee is only $25. \nThese registration fees include a t-shirt, food, drinks, and entertainment.\n
